WHAT IS AYURVEDA? Ayurveda means "The science of life " in Sanskrit. Originating in India , it is one of the oldest types of holistic healing systems in the world , for the whole body . It is used to heal the body and mind , and is comprised of a mixture of five elements : earth, water , fire ,air and space . WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT MOTHER NATURE ? Mother nature provides so many ingredients that can be beneficial to your hair journey . Do not forget that no one is born with long hair . It comes persistence , consistency , patience etc.
