Hido Academy

Heritage Improvement Developing and Organization Academy abbreviated “HIDO ACADAMY” is a voluntary cultural based, developmental, humanitarian, non-political, non- governmental and non-profit making Organization, which was formulated in Hargeisa April 11, 2012 by a group of young generation with the target to improving culture for better future. The organization came into existence after the realization of the variety of problem that affecting our golden Somaliland heritage and culture in order to develop and encourage Somaliland youth. HIDO ACADEMY works to support young people both boys and girls especially the young generation who have no idea or less information about their heritage and traditional culture by offering free culture education programs, enrich their traditional norms through basic training skills, and improve their attitude and knowledge towards their positive advance of both their physical and mind development.
