Dee Sao Lao

My name's Dee Sao Lao. I'm from Laos and my goal is to be world champion in boxing and kickboxing. To inspire Lao kids and teenagers to have dreams and goals working toward to achieve them. On my channel I will share my fights, martial arts training, fitness and conditioning. And some drill and workout to share what I'm learning hopefully will help someone.
