I’m Christian F. B. Puglisi — former Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, organic farmer, father, and author. After two decades in kitchens like El Bulli and Noma, I founded Relæ (named the world’s most sustainable restaurant by _The World’s 50 Best_), Bæst (ranked among the best pizza restaurants in Europe and the world), Mirabelle, and The Farm of Ideas. I also wrote, Relæ: A Book of Ideas, about the cooking of Relæ. I have since stepped away from the restaurant business to focus on family life, home cooking, writing, and building a more grounded life.
