Óðsmál - New light on Eddas and Nordic Culture. Do we understand the profundity of our ancient tradition Heathenry? We should be “literate” on allegory, symbolic language, metaphor, in myths, god-spells, Edda-poems. By studying Óðsmál, we learn what is the purpose and goal of a man's life-spans on earth. Do we know? We go through concepts in Norse Mythology, find their true original meaning. Sjálfur leið þú sjálfan þig (thou thyself lead thyself) is an advice given to man.
