Medical Yoga Centar

Since 1990. we are developing medical science based yoga for all people. Our group classes are individually based through modifications and variations of every asana so everyone can practice yoga. Our instructors are highly educated in Kineziology and/or Physiotherapy university with additional our inside 8x a year educations so they are up to date with all medically science research as well as yoga knowledge. We have 6 yoga studios in Zagreb, Croatia, more than 100 groups, over 1.000 yoga practitioners. First yoga studio in Croatia to develop office (corporative) yoga system. First yoga studio in Croatia to collaborate with medical institution - policlynic Srčana (therapy and rehabilitation center for patients after Heart surgery and with heart problems)
