Dr. Beast Myanmar

Dr. Beast is a fitness and nutrition educational channel from Myanmar (Burma). It was founded in 2019 by doctors and has been sharing medical knowledge and health education. Moreover, it provides weekly and monthly nutrition plans for better physique. Firstly, Dr. Beast started on the social media platform (Facebook). It garnered a huge popularity suddenly and is regarded by the trainees as one of the best weight loss programs in Myanmar. And in 2021, Dr. Beast got onto the YouTube platform and started sharing valuable videos since then. To this day, Dr. Beast has helped around 600 people (and counting) to lose weight and get fit & healthy with the Personalized Weight Loss Plans.
