Monastic Secondary English Boarding School is an English-medium school in Janakpurdham, Madhesh Province, Nepal, established in 1986 by Dr. Mithilesh Kumar Sah. The school began with just 3 boys and 2 girls in a small building at Matihani village. Later in 1986 it moved to Janakpurdham (the mythological kingdom of King Janak) into a rented building at Bhanuchowk. Originally offering only kindergarten and primary classes, Monastic School has since grown to offer education up to 10+2 and Bachelor's level.
