Fantastic, dramatic, spectacular, authentic or unique? It is difficult to find words to properly describe Fjord Norway, considered by many to be the world’s best and most diverse destination. Words are inadequate because there is, without a doubt, something truly unique about the mountains, fjords, waterfalls, glaciers, cultural landscape, the people and the fjord cities. What more can you actually say about what National Geographic Traveler magazine has called ’the world’s most iconic destination’? Fjord Norway is the official tourist board for Western Norway, and is a service company that markets the region known as Fjord Norway. The region consists of the four counties Rogaland, Hordaland, Sogn & Fjordane and Møre & Romsdal.
