Submissions 101 was launched in 2006 and one of the first Jiu Jitsu you tube video instructional website. Offering step by step instruction by numerous instructors, Submissions 101 offered FREE content to the world. Now, we are back and we are going to push the envelop once again. More videos. More Instructors. Welcome to the Official Submissions 101 You Tube Channel providing free Jiu Jitsu techniques from a variety of styles. Our site is for reference only and our hope is that you take an interest in the art of jiu jitsu, whether it be Japanese, Brazilian or some other style and then search out a qualified gym and learn from them. Do NOT attempt any move unless under the direct supervision of a qualified instructor.
