Back in 1999, in a former Second World War bunker within earshot of Amsterdam, a group of young Dutch DJs and fresh talent- including Pronti & Kalmani, DJ Jurgen, Svenson & Gielen, and studio vocalists Gaby & Jane - were brought together under the direction of hit-making masterminds Danski & Delmundo to create Alice Deejay. Their debut album Who Needs Guitars Anyway? delivered five international hits, sold over 1 million albums and 5 million singles, and dominated charts across Europe, Australia, and beyond. Lead single "Better Off Alone" became a global dance anthem, still lighting up clubs, festivals, and playlists worldwide. Follow-ups like "Back In My Life", "Will I Ever", and "The Lonely One" cemented their place in Eurodance history. Today, Alice Deejay are touring the world, filling more and more festival fields and arenas, and turning every show into a timeless and unifying celebration. Because whether it’s then or now, we’re all better off dancing together.
